yea i think ill try out archer first, im usually a mage or possible warrior, so ill try something different. Besides, I also like the skills it has.

I just read in the other section that an Archer's damage isn't based on dex. =\

This needs to be confirmed but yeah, most likely. They did this to balance the class so they don't only rely on 1 kind of stats (making them aim/evasion and damage gods)...

I wonder how fast they shoot. I know with some games, the archers shoot HELLA slow, but in others, they shoot just as fast/faster than melee attacks (if that makes sense). Anyways, I'll have to ask somone who is in CB.

Well im sure it wont be the best in the beginning, especially if the weapon determines the speed, but yea, i hope its pretty decent haha.

Hi. i'm new here.
Have a lvl 2x cleric and just started playing a archer and really enjoy playing it more.
For me most likely gonna use crossbow cause of the higher damage. most prob gonna spam skill and since skill fire rate for skill i guessing is the same whether using bow or crossbow. Makes more sense using it.

I'm always a mage in every game but when cb2 come out im gonna change charcters scine i kinda like playing the least played class.

It's going to be hard skill spamming seeing the cooldowns are a pain + Archers have low SP, unless you plan on going for a high SPR build.

It's good to know that there are still many players that are interested in archer's I think they are the most underpowered char. in the game!

i'm an ex-flyffer hope archers don't become an extremely overpowered class, are the job changes in this? i always liked the idea of job changes.
