It is in one realm only. They may expand later but that's that for now.

Servers are also back up.

EDIT: Added player bulletin news. Most is repeat of patch...

Servers and Realms aren't the same.

If it's on a different server, you have to make a completely new character. If it's a different realm, it's all on the same server but different ''planes'' of it. Servers are broken into realms or rooms to reduce lag so that all players don't play on the same realms every time.
