Not being aware of the ToS does not mean you're excempted from the ToS.

The moment you click "Agree" you're bounded by the ToS whether u read it or not...

None. That's probably why noone will ever get punished for it, lol. We'll just keep removing the content, and hope everyone understands that it can't be posted.

That's, of course, if it isn't something too drastic. Like hack sites or gold selling sites.
