You would think that right? When I used to play bball at one of the elementary schools in the summer there'd be some senior high schoolers hanging by the court smoking.

The smell is awful and not something you want to smell when you're doing sports.

i think i remember them teling me the code police use for it is 420 and that's why it's 4/20, not because it's hitler's birthday (which ididn't know).
