Well if they let you do it, then it's probably not. I know ijji didn't let me do it, and I moved from ijjiGunZ to Fiesta. So that Paypal statement is personal experience off of GunZ, haha.

i think what there trying to say is that you cant give someone in game money for them to gift you. Thats like selling sparkcash?
But i dont really understand the no gifting to alts.

What they mean is, if you have an alternate account which cannot charge spark cash, you cannot keep gifting CS items to it.

They say you can't sell SC items for IG Money (Gold and silver)

This means we can trade for it in copper ? xD
