Its a good way to avoid gifting when you dont want to. Gifting strangers who shout or wisper you can ignore but when a friend or guildie asks, ...
BTW I note the statment reads "gifting in exchange for in game $" Does that mean gifting in exchange for gear, scrolls, pots, stones, and mats is ok?

You haven't seen the shouts in game?
I saw one in Elderine "selling raccoon mount whisper me," and I pop my head in biweekly, lol.
As for the "Multiple gifting to your alternate account is prohibited." line, personally I think that's kind of iffy. I myself hold only one credit card, and that's locked in my main Paypal account. Unless they've changed it, a Paypal account can be used at most one on Outspark account, no? |

Speaking of which.. I actually saw someone vending an actual raccoon (15 days) for 4g in Elderine once.. it was in their shop.
