Ether Saga: Which server will FF play on?

I'm still a little kind of confused on how the stats work...I hope the client is released on Monday...

From what I can tell, you can put stat points into the various elements, which in turn then affect certain attributes, i.e. DEF, Health, etc.

Gold: Increases physical attack range by 3/magic crit chance by .05%
Water: Increased HP by 20
Wind: Increases physical hit rate by .2%, .2%, .1%, repeat/magic attack range by 1/magic defense by 1
Fire: Increases physical crit rate by .05%/magic attack range by 3
Earth: Increases physical attack range by 1/physical defense by 1/magic hit chance by .2%, .2%, .1%, repeat

I think for my DD dragoon I'll put 2gold:1fire
