He was wearing lvl 20 armor in town I do that sometime to get away from every1 asking for buff .

When u saw him again he may of use an extender, Vit scroll and t4 hp buff to get his hp that high

it is possible to lvl really fast these day especially with experiences card, and 50% extender and Cookie,

all my character now are 8x and 5x,
i was bored and make a noobs fighter... my friends powerlvl me, 1 to 15 forest of mist 20 minutes , 15 - 25 lvl 30 abyss 30 minutes, lvl 25 - 35 lvl 30 abyss for an hours
lvl 35 to lvl 50 2hours 45 minutes,

this is a must have, your friends and guildie take turn lvl you, they are 7x or 8x faster... lmao

you schedule out all your repeat quest, and remember to get BOT, so you can just die to die and use CS mount back to the repeat quest spot,

- this had been prove, I soled lvl 65-72 in 3 days "by myself" of course i'm gears up +9 with cookie and extender, "solo GOC so many times, got some nice lvl 60 godly weapon" I also lvl my clerics from lvl 50-60 in 1 weeks, "SOLO only"

with guildie and high lvl friends, it so easy to lvl these days...

remember to check out all the quest from your lvl and up, so you know what to do, how to plan it out, which quest to save for later, ... like that bat quest 6million xp, i turn it in at lvl 69 and kaboom i was 69-70 in less than 1 hour

he was proly using exp boost. or just pretending he's 20's in low lvl clothes lol. i see that a lot in uru and im like "omg. wats a low lvl doing heree?" and i look at their char n i c theyre higher lvl than me. but sumtyms, i do see really low lvls in uru. proly used a scroll

Unless that person was very addicted to the game and a crazy grinder, I think he was just dressing up in nub clothes. My disguise on my cleric really works, I dress up in level 18 clothes and take off all rings etc. Until, of course, some stranger buffs me and I have to go suicide in FBZ. ;_;
