Eh.. its hard to understand outspark..

Sometimes they say its OK to start a new account and give u 2nd chance..

but for some people its not...

Unfortunately, we've agreed that all accounts created belongs to outspark when we signed up.. they dont need to give any reasons to ban...

They caught you because you had your previous character wasn't it R.I.P: newbskillz in your sig? They checked that character to notice it was on a banned account so that is how they caught you.

I have to agree with Hessah here I wish Outspark would make up their mind because I know they have allowed some other people who have been banned to have a 2nd chance. (The first supposed Lv 79 would be a perfect example of this)

He should've been perma banned long ago but he is still roaming around freely on another account. I don't know why Outspark are letting certain people be given 2nd chances.

Mikey IIRC you were banned in the first place because you posted or commented on an inappropriate picture. While Qwkgorod or whatever his name is issued a chargeback which got him banned. Maybe they determine it on severity or maybe the fact he was banned awhile ago before they became more strict in the rules. So that could be why he got a 2nd chance while you didn't. But if that was the case they should ban known alt accounts from banned people like a majority of that guys guild from Bijou.

Outspark really borked this one up though they should either unban you for this reason to allow you a 2nd chance or they should ban all other known alt accounts from banned people as well to enforce their loop holed rules.

Yeah i had rip newb in my sig but, they never said i wasnt allowed to create another account when i was banned :|

Isn't Multiple accounts against the ToS? Correct me if I'm wrong....

Hmm the one was banned and other one was made afterwards...
fucked thing is uchiha ltachi, banned with falco is still playing. Even after he made his new account he was d e lvled for hacking to 79 n hes still playing

Their TOS seems to change all the time =/ Or outspark changes their rules all the time..

Remember a guy was banned for making racist comments a while back?

They said that "you can always make a new account and start over"

If they dont want mikey making a new account then they should've IP banned him? (Unless they did and Mikey bypassed it... keke)

No they never IP banned me ^^
and the racist people were falco and uchiha xD
