Okay the pieces I was missing were:

the one in Yosei's profile
one in the SSTOW rules
and in the smilieys.

Really, smilieys? I didn't even know we have a smilieys page... Those other ones are just, meh. SSOTW rules, is actally a good place to put it, I should of checked there, but I wouldn't of known about Yosei's profile, why would a raccoon put a piece there?
