Thats an Impersonator you can easily tell because all of the Outspark Staff minus the Community Leaders have different colour text ingame when they talk. When staff shout their text is yellow when they talk normally their text is Violet/Dark blue

If someone really wants to, they can make the alignment perfect and use the proper [GM]Name form. There would then be room for malice

I can align them perfectly without using lots of spacing, hence, so can others. Precisely because of this, GMs now have differently colored lines when they talk in public, so that they can't easily be impersonated.

I don't think it really matters whether you are joking or not. Impersonating a staff member usually gets your butt in jail regardless.
