I was wondering how do you get two hotkey bars on top of one another. I've been trying to figure that out and can't. Would someone please tell me, it would be appreciated.

I was wondering how do you get two hotkey bars on top of one another. I've been trying to figure that out and can't. Would someone please tell me, it would be appreciated.

Look at the very end on the right side of the hotkey bar. Click on that little circle and it will bring up another hotkey bar. Then just move the bar where you want it.
