This is so wierd. I double checked to make sure I was on Bijou. I am not sure what else I can do.

I just asked another player to buy it for me and he had the same "bug"...
So I think I'm gonna create a character on another server, and if it doesn't work i'll uninstall the game  |

Are you on the Euro Fiesta by any chance?
I have the same problem with the production skills on there. Wasted about 2s (which is a lot at < lvl 20 XD) and never got it. So I gave up lol
