I can't access the link at the top but it seems like your talking about heal buffs outside of parties if im wrong correct me but school computers are over protective and if that is the case with the healing then ...wow I don't think they thought that one through.

well i think it's a good start from outspark to address outside healing / cheating problems...

i'm sure they can refine the outside town scenarios..
