Yeah, I got a code, but I didn't know what to do with it. I saw no where on the site to put it. The directions and information are not very clear at ALL.

I will see if I can go back in and get the code again so we can post it on here. But, that does not make sense to me.

EDIT: Here is our code. Now what do we do with it?

I don't think the ranking system of that site is working properly. I submitted a link to support FiestaFan and now there are two FiestaFan links up there.... >_> Which is definitely not what I wanted and now I can't be bothered to submit something again.

I don't know how that site would be able to measure page views. The in-and-out function seems to work fine. I think.

If page views are being measured, it'd be probably better to list http://www.fiestafan.com/forums as a site as well since I don't ever visit the main page anymore.

Spirit- Post the code somwhere on the front page of FiestaFan so people will be able to click on it. Go to FiestaHQ and see how I set mine up.

Ralath - The TopSites page uses a system where it tracks the people who click on the code. If 100 people clicked on the code and came to see FIestaFan, then there would be 100 pageviews. I only see 1 link of FiestaFan on the list. You will only see 2 links if your site gets randomly picked as a Features site (near the top of the page).

Like I menitoned earlier, I am still editing the site so it will look better soon but the list ranks sites based on pageviews only. I've already told you guys the concept on voting. The ratings feature hasn't been coded in yet.

It's html coding so you would need to embed it in <html></html> tags...sorta likethis:

Not meaning this in a bad way, but the creater of this "voting" site also is the creator of FiestaHQ, the site that is leading. Also, consider the fact that FiestaHq already had over 200 votes before this was even posted on our site so that we could even sign up and vote for Fiestafan.

"Voting" works by having people click on the image banner andthen going to the TopSites page and actually submitting a link to the list. When a person successfully submits a link, your site earns a vote. So basically, voting is based off of submitted sites. The TopSites system tracks where the person came from so it knwos who to give the vote to.

As for who created the site, yes, that would be me. My goal is to have a site that lists all of the sites that have been made for Fiesta. I have nothing against anyone. FiestaHQ wasn't posted up there until like 4 days after the site was launched and then I started to actually promote the site. Also, notice how FiestaHQ has a banner. It's the only actual fansite on the list with a description AND a banner. That's why it's in the lead. And no, it doesn't have 200 votes, it has 200 pageviews. The number of votes it currently has is 0.

Okay, then this is more confusing than I originally thought.

How do you submit a link to the list, without creating multiple listings of the same site. Because I sumbitted Fiestafan and so did Ralth. Now, when I go to the site Fiestafan is up there twice.

EDIT: and I said I did not mean it in a bad way, I also I never said anything about you having anything against anybody.
