I went up to my purple belt in karate, and took some kick boxing at
my moms friends gym he owns. and honestly it does jack shit.

I have a fight on youtube of me fighting a kid that has won
golden glove boxing league championships and stuff and he ran away from me the whole time. And coming from a person who took it, It doesnt do nothing.

@sparring .. i hated friday nights watching girls spar ...
they shriek.
