Whenever i get bored of my character i usually watch high lvl's of my job videos. That usually inspires me to get to higher lvls.

When I was a lower level, I looked up to the higher levels. So, I wanting to be that one day with all the cool looking armor and skills xD Now I am =D....Thats what motivated me ^.^

The quests are easy and give quite a bit of exp o: I like the repeatable ones too. Plus, I want new armour && my guildies tell me to grind.

I usually just get people to come and help me with quests /cough

I grind only when I have no quest and I must to do this to get lvl up
