Supposed to be understand, but whatever.
A canker sore is if you see a picture of it, looks like a hole in the mouth. This usually happens if you bite your lip or cheek.
You can also get it from the foaming agent in toothpaste (sodium lauryl sulfate or SLS)

Few remedies I have heard.
Drinking Lemon Juice.
Rinsing with Salt Water.
Rinsing with mouthwash.
Put Maalox mixed with one-half tablespoon of liquid diphenhydramine (Benadryl) on the sore.
