You can't blame archers for feeling annoyed and sorry for themselves, just as you can't blame people for not wanting archers in their party. If it really is more effective with three mages, then who would want an archer in a pure grinding party?
Half of the archers on the officials said 6x was a pain in the ass, and half said it was a breeze because they had nice friends around their level. Not everyone turns down archers because they can't grind as fast.
