lvl 30 skill point scrolls help me plz

i just became lvl 30 and went to get my reward fro reaching lvl 30 wich is 10 scrolls that lket me reasign skill points and whenevr i try to use one it says unidentified error anyone know whats wrong or how to help

First of all:

The level 30 reward quest lets you reset your STAT points, not skill points.

u dont use it by rightclicking it, u use it on your character stats screen, u use the down arrows

Also, when I did that quest I got the scroll and did the right click thing - it asked if I wanted to use them, I said yes and it put them on my stat (character) screen - but it would not let me use them so I did a re-log and it cleared up and I was able to use them.

Try a re-log.

I dont remember hving to right click anything..

When i got the 10 reset scrolls, in my character window, theres up and down arrows next to my Stats (STR, END etc)

each time i click the down arrow, it used a scroll...
