Ok.

When you press K to bring up your skills, at the bottom or towards the bottom it says skill empower or whatever. When you click that a box pops up. Then you choose a skill to empower from the first box that came up when you pressed K. Drag that skill into the empower box and choose what you want to do to that skill. Decrease SP consumption..etc.

Hmm. I think I make it sound confusing and hard xD
