How to start a guild?

Hey all, I've searched the forum and wikis and even googled for it but I can't find anything that tells me how to START a guild...can someone point me in the right direction?

u have to have sumthing like 400s and go to the guild manage in roumen or in elderine, the guild manager in roumen is at F2

You need 300s.

You also need to be at least level 20.
