I don't think there are any more points to make on my part; I think I've hit the ones that are of main concern to me. Therefore, I'll address the auxiliary comment you made.

Wow that made me laugh really hard. For that graph to be accurate, however, that graph would have to represent closed beta to open beta, with the y-intercept being the beginning of open beta. Because the top just doesn't start at zero otherwise =P

I can see some of your points of the good side of this idea. Like, a higher levelled showing a lower levelled how to tank can't be a completely bad thing. I agree with that.

But there's one thing. I hope I don't sound too pessimistic (I'm not usually!), but, I am (purely) guessing that the chances of a getting a good newbie to learn from a higher level (just using the example you raised) are a lot lower than getting a bad noob and just slack off/grow dependent. Just what I think with the current newer generations.

There are heaps of good people in the newer generations for sure, but it seems that only a little number of "bad" people is enough to take influence over the "good" people, if you know what I mean.

Good people seems to have less influence on others compared to bad people. D: Which is kinda boo.

I guess that's my main worry.

I also think that reactions from the lower levels were a lot more positive and appreciative because this whole thing was "new" to them, and they didn't see it coming. Once it becomes a common knowledge that there's a possibility higher levels may come in and help, they will take it for granted. Not saying that every single player out there won't be appreciative, because there's bound to be at least a fair few nice people in a bunch, but there's a potential for that happening.

Though if the idea does go through, I would be pretty interested in the outcome. For all we know, I could be wrong!

wat about hving experienced players help a KQ out, in the KQ's normal level..

like.. a lvl 7x fighter... gets a lvl 40 fighter character to teach people in Robo KQ to MOCK.. keep the group together, run.. tank.. etc...

hving extra high level skills to help a kq isnt really gonna teach new players i think...

these "helping" characters will hv to be labeled a name of coz, like "KQ_Team" so people will actually listen to him... maybe

I think hving a lvl 7x fighter tanking Robo is gonna teach new fighters much, coz as it is now, fighters don't tank coz they're afraid of dying... hving something 30 levels higher than them to tank isnt gonna make them think "if he can do it i can do it", more like "only he can do that, i'm too weak for it"

Problem with this:

If we were to go into a failing kq, another level xx isn't going to help. It would take a much higher level to save the kq. And good point, but when I play robo on my alts the problem seems to be fighters using mock for singular mobs then it being on cooldown when the big groups come, or something like that. People just don't know how to play SMART anymore.

ah yes.. 4got that u aimed it at failing KQs.. I suppose my suggestion was more for... earlier stages of the KQ, so you can teach people how to play...
