Did everyone who is having trouble patching/playing install the game in a directory other than the default one?

If so, I'd recommend reinstalling the game in the default location.

Yeah hey, people have mentioned problems with username and IGN being the same for personal reasons. I also wanted to add that I think the username being the IGN is a slight security risk too.

Looks like a peer-to-peer issue. Consult our trouble shooting forum for more concrete information.
