It really depends what type of build you're aiming for, since there are many types of archer builds. What I am doing, which has been working out quite well, was go for 15 end and the rest 1:1 str/spr =3

thanks so much for all the advice.. i think i am going to go 10str 10spr to 20, then 1:1:1 dexsprstr after that.. hopefull this will work out well.

When you get to Lvl 20 you should use the bonus 5 points into SPR since after that the critical hit rate only goes up by 0.1%.
