I agree with Loki and I think a lot of people would want a different IGN. I, for one, are one of those people. It just happened that my other account got accepted so I got to go in the game as Blaaaahs. But if I couldn't, I think I'll be a bit bugged by it because a lot of people like to use different names for logins. Not sure why but I have that habit too, haha.

Did everyone who is having trouble patching/playing install the game in a directory other than the default one?

If so, I'd recommend reinstalling the game in the default location.

Yeah hey, people have mentioned problems with username and IGN being the same for personal reasons. I also wanted to add that I think the username being the IGN is a slight security risk too.
