Newbi questions

Classes: Fighter, Mage, Cleric, Archer.

Best Class: There is none. There are pros and cons for each class.

Fighters: are good tankers and damage dealers. My opinion, they are best for soloing. But they have a high aggro, so you will probably need a lot of HP pots and stones unless you have a lot of END.

Mages: Low END drastically. If you get attacked by anything you could kiss your butt goodbye. Mages are good for soloing either if you have high END or empower power into your attacks.

Clerics: They can heal themselves which comes in handy but they are also the must relied on class. Any time you are in a KQ you always have people asking you to heal them or revive them. It gets annoying after a while because you can't heal 24/7 and there is a 30 second cooldown for reviving. Really good soloers though because you can heal yourself so you don't need much hp pots or stones.

Archers: They have powerful attacks when used right. You could put your stat points in strength or spirit for the most part. Archer attacks are kind of weak solo, but if you use a skill attack they are quite powerful, but also use up spirit kinda fast. You might want to make sure you have spirit stones and pots. I think it would be safe to say that you might not want to try to solo with an archer unless you have a good build or nice armor because they are practically the same with mages.


And I'm sorry but I don't think I can help you in game because I have to train my own characters and I am barely even on anymore. I have a lot of stuff to get done over this summer.


EDIT: You might want to check the FF Wiki for more info on the classes. I just summed them up. Once you decide which class you want just go to the Wiki and find that class's guide. They help a lot.
