You are a Non-Smoker now. Put a rubber band around your wrist and when ever you start to really crave them, Snap the rubber band against your wrist and remind yourself mentally you are a Non-Smoker. Then think of all the things you can buy with the sparkcash you saved from not smoking.
Smoking makes you tired, Smoking makes you smell bad, Smoking makes you sick, Smoking makes you miserable, Smoking makes you a slave with it's power over you, Take your life back and kill the craving. You don't smoke, You are Healthy, You are Free, You are Happy not being a smoker anymore!
The craving can be beat. You CAN quit. You WILL NEVER smoke again. Beat the craving!
