People who constantly ask for plvling

I'm somewhat ashamed to say that I do plvl, but it's with a friend who hates to train alone. We've worked out a kind of agreement... I'm in the 2x lvls and she plvls me for: my heals while she's plvling me and stones (because she's the guild's main enhancement artist)

i read blooddrops message and so yeah i do lookout for u alee like someother people they dont think they should help because they depending on others 10+ lvls higher depend on em do it i do care bout u still alee :P i wouldnt forget you...even tho why should i because u was my friend on teva there aint a point in going to any other servers now all i wanna do is be with my friends so yeah it kinda boring be alone missing out all ur friends and u ask em to help be with u but they say no ignore u and leave eventually not be friends and then carry on with what they doing id thought it be nice to go and do somethin other tho seeming tho as u didnt wanna be my friend i was that constant person etc.. and now i feel bad / humiliated by this question people like me i aint selfish people need help at one time and ive been helped before but that was since i was with Saim my friend but she dont remember me now i just wish to be back again and right have some fun and never to forget my friends is all i care i tried speaking to Tommy2k7 today man he was online but afking u know alee sometimes u need to know how it feels for others when they get commented on stuff like this id rather not be ur friend or know u but id chat to you in-game unless that if u aint gonna be moody and say what u want?!?! and that i know u said it once :P and really u have upset me

I've never understood the desire to be plvl'ed or to plvl another. I've been playing online rpgs since the early 90's (MUDs) and have dealt with the concept the entire time. I particularly love it when a character I've never seen before asks me to plvl them, I say, 'No, get your exp the same way I did, by killing stuff', and I get called a jerk or some non-family-friendly equivalent. It's even better when the game has extensive player-killing...
"Wait a minute. You want me to make you stronger so I will have a harder time killing you in the furture?" Morons. What's the fun in not earning your char? What's the fun in being handed a capped level char with 100 gems and every possible awesome weapon for your class? What is left for you to do with that char? If you want an uber char that bad, just close your eyes and pretend. Tell the people on Teva that you have this totally awesome char on Epith, but the network won't let you connect to that server anymore.

I decided to stop questing. So these days, I just log in and chat with my guild and friends and/or help a few players of lower lvls. Sometimes my guildies (of considerably higher lvl) ask me to come along with them. It's technically plvling but the truth is I just want to hang out with them because it's fun. Hopefully I can regain the motivation to quest/grind again.

I was promised some killer weapons at lvl 50 and 60.

I think this might have been a subject before, not sure, but it darn right annoys me!!

OK, I'm a lv65 warrior and I hate it when people who you meet ask to be your friend, then everytime they log on asks you to plvl them... and they are like in their 40's or lower.

I fell out with a friend who constantly asked me to plvl him, I did help him loads but most of the time he wud be afk or chatting and it just felt like he was just leeching, and he wasn't reallly fun to be with, he would pout A LOT and he acted like he was 12 but he was a bit older. Maybe it didn't feel like leeching to him but it did to me. And did I mention the constant asking?? Seriously how much asking for plvling can u handle??

Now, when I was in my lower lvls I partied with ppl at my own lvl, doing quests, etc etc. I mean, don't people want to enjoy the game? Rather than just grinding all the time? And yes I did have phases of just grinding, but I hardly ever ask for plvling, I didn't know many high lvls back then, and when I make friends with them, I don't constantly ask for plvling, I mean, I would feel like I'm bothering them or something, they could be doing their lv60+ quests. Like I would be now!! THank god for them putting lvl cappped zones!!

But anyway... I now ignore random people who asks me to plvl them.
If you're too nice, they will take advantage of you.

Hope I'm not the only one who feels like this.... please tell me if I'm a bad person LOL!
