the craving isnt that bad... i stress out though

Eh, my boss was a heavy heavy heavy smoker for 30 yrs, he got really sick one day, throwing up and stuff, then decided he'll quit smoking... and he did...

he hasnt had a fag for a year now... i'm sure if he can quit smoking, anyone can!
