Perhaps by some rare chance he had never seen that shield before. He can't get into higher levelled maps so maybe it's rarer to see those shields. -shrugs-
I don't see the problem with it.

yeah I was late 20's early 30's before I started to see that stuff. I remember going "OMG ... I can't wait to wear my lvl30 Armor!" thinking how much cooler I looked. 
Then seeing all the higher lvl char's up on the stairs on the way to the dreaded CP. I still like to gawk a little when I see a high lvl cleric wandering around uruga. I have yet to see a full lvl 70 cleric not wearing cash shop clothes though.

It could be that he just does not pay that close attention. Haha, I looked at the shield and did not immediately know that it was the lvl 60 shield,  . And Loki has one, and Hess has one. lol, I just do not pay that much attention to detail.

whats wrong with this is that the person... is a GUY!
idk about that suit, if female is pink and male is pink or what not, but this guy is either gay or it is a hack... or he just wanted to stand out.... >>

I know that the males could also buy the pink suits. I think he is just wanting to stand out. But, the shoulders of that outfit do look funny on a guy.
