Quest Question

It says in Wiki that there's a quest that'll give you your lvl 30 body armor, what quest is that, and what are the other rewards?

It's a quest given by Captain Shutain. It's the last installment of it where you have to kill Skeleton Knight to get the level 30 armour.

EDIT: It's called the Sign of Crisis that starts at level 27. You have 3 parts... then later when you're 30 he has the Sign of Crisis 4 where you kill SK. So if you didn't do the first 3 parts you won't get it I think.
