Same thing for me... I'm a sucky archer remember? 
And I kinda forgot those blocked quests. How many were they? And do you think they're still available for level 59? BTW Maintenance lasts for 3 hours, 1 has passed so I can still take a 2 hour bath! =D |

I gaurantee you that maintainence will last beyond three hours xD Its more rare for it NOT to last the amount of time they say in the beginning, haha!
Well...who knows, lmao. Maybe, dependng on the quests we can party or something if you're still up, if they're for killing xD
