However (perhaps you could tell from my sig), if my son ever got into something (like an MMORPG) I didn't know much about, *my* reaction would be to jump in and try it out!
If it was something like a new technology (like xferring funds online) I would research it. I've always been that way tho, it just sorta seeped into my parenthood...
