There's the game, and the instructions are in German. For everyone here's convenience I've translated it, so if a Mod or Admin would like to add them, that would be great.

Steer the helicopter through the cave. With pressed left mouse button it rises and with released mouse button sinks it. The obstacles become more regular. Distances more larger. There are points depending upon put back distance.

That's a direct translation. I've changed it into something more English friendly:

Steer the helicopter through the cave. By pressing the left mouse button it rises and by releasing the mouse button it sinks. The obstacles become more regular. Distances are larger. Points are determined by distance.
