At first I was on the side against Link being banned, but I came to my senses. If someone resells a weapon that they know was stolen, they are a scumbag. I remember him, but honestly after this I have little sympathy.

Okay so u sell a weapon that you know was scammed? This is what I don't get... Usually people scam others from enhancements... So if someone scammed a weapon how would u do that? Link sold a weapon he knew was scammed. But he gains money from it which is like selling any other weapon. What scammed about a weapon? Did he lie saying it was a blue weapon or something?

There ist any evidence to what exactly happen which is why im against Katana in general until someone presents me evident or being more specific on the issue.

yeah, i think a lot of the story is missing...

for all we know, this could be like the Booyah-got-scammed case.. where Link may have HELPED the scammer sell a weapon... which is (apparently) something u can get banned for...

To scam a weapon to resell --> From enhancements only.... If this was the case, wasn't there ALOT of cases before where...people were scammed for this reason? and people said..."not to trust others but your friends / TRUSTWORTHY people (aka people whose done alot of enhancements before)"? o.o'' Atleast, I remember reading a thread about that LONG ago... I'm not too sure what happened to those people, I do believe that they were talked to by GM's to return the item... o.o

what Winter said at the end is what matters...She talked to the GM, and they arranged something so that she got what she had back :O

Would it be......ugh.... Unfair treatment (even though outspark has rights to throw banhammers whenever wanted).... 2 cases the same / pretty much the same..... solved in 2 different ways... =) great job! =D

Just like law cases.... having the same case, with 2 different punishments ^^ one super severe...one not =)

I shouldn't be grabbing up old cases though..... x_x
