That's odd. You did what you were supposed to do... open up the blue named shop. Right-click the item you want to sell from your inventory.
Try again, maybe with another shop and if it's still like that. Take a before and after screenshot showing you only gaining the 3c isntead of what was offered and send it into a GM or CSR.
