If its ingame then either he has you blocked or you have him blocked i believe, becuase when you block someone in game, yuo cant see what they say in the chat box.

It means that you must have accidently blocked him. I don't think there's a way to fix that without hacking or something. :P

the file in question is "Outspark\Fiesta\ressystem\blist.shd". U can delete the file without any problem. The client is made in a way, so that deleting it will not cause any trouble. Also no one was ever banned, for deleting it.

It can't be fixed
but he's my cousin
and
when i delete that file should it remove the block?
and
well the blocke go away if i uninstall the game and re install it?

I believe simply logging in and out won't work.
Try logging out, then log into another account (not character, but a totally different account with new characters). Log out of that, then log in your original account again and see if that works.
Also, don't double post.
