I wasn't at the scene and I've no idea what the rest of the conversation was like. If they had nothing to hide, it would've been better to stretch the whole chat box to see all the 'arguments'. That is solely my opinion. On top of that Outspark does have all the rights to perma ban anyone without warning...
As I see it, Uchiha did throw out racist comments but Falco had only thrown in a few vulgarities. All of which 99% of the players has done anyway. If Outspark is going to perma ban Falco and Uchi for this they should do the same to the other side. An argument takes two people/groups and I am pretty sure that the other side said a couple things too.
I go by "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" line. Usually keeps you out of trouble.

I voted no. I didn't know him, but I've seen the screenshots; I can almost see why Uchiha_Itachi was banned, but nothing Falcomist did was really bannable. Like everyone else, I think that jailtime would have been enough for both of them. :P Besides, I've seen much worse happen with no punishment whatsoever.

I have nothing against him. I even liked him =/ but rules are rules and snakeeyes said he wont unban anyone, including falcomist. This "petition" wont do anything.
Btw its not the screenshots posted on the forums that got him banned. Someone else PMed the GM's other screens where you could see him make racial comments
I will miss him

Well that is just isn't right it is almost exactly like what happened in PoA to some of my guildmates. But worse words were used and a war did break out. It happened to be my sister who was the the one that killed one of my guildies... It was sad. I had to step in and get out of party to stun them. Lets just say my guild mate was ticked at me after that. He said that a girl and a guild mate had to step in and stop it. It hurt his pride. I hate it when a bigger party comes in and thinks they have all the right in the game to take it from the people that are already there.
Now I just don't care if a party comes in and they are not full I will ask them to join or I will ask them to leave. Due to the fact that the guild I am in has more than a hand full of 7x in it. War is some what amusing when it happens to the guild I am in. It takes 2-4 guilds with high lvl players to kill just one of ours. Ahh how I love them.
But he should not be permabanned. That is sad. One jailed and the other permabanned. Yuck. With no warning either. Something is definately wrong there. Either he had gotten a previous report put on him or that they were just in a bad mood and didn't want to deal with it. Either way I do not think he should be permabanned.

Anyways, well...While its nice that players exhibit politeness in battlegrounds, the whole purpose of battlegrounds is that they are made for PK, so when you go in there, that's the risk you take.
Is it right for a party bigger than yours to take the room from you that you've been in?
Yes. They have every right to try and take it, because essentially, if battlegrounds was meant for everybody to be full of sunshine and flowers, it would not be available to PK in it. The heightened experience and drop rates + PK are to promote player competition. If you can't deal with others attacking you for your spot, then you shouldn't be in abyss in the first place.
Now, about falco and uchi being banned -
I personally don't think racist remarks should have been said, and I think that they deserve a punisment for them, but i do believe that perma-banning is a little more than necessary, especially when others have done worse and have not even been reprimanded at all for it. Maybe a couple weeks to a month of being banned, but permanent is overkill.

I'm going to have to agree with Omie. Although I think perma-ban is a little harsh, especially for a first offense.

O-mie maybe right about uchi's ban going along with the guild lines but what about Falco? unless I skipped a line in screenie he used some vulgarities but didnt say anything remotely racist.

no.
given the info i have seen a month or so in jail would seem time enough. With that kind of time the agressors would be able to reflect on the incident, how it came about and how to make better choices in the future and any agrieved parties would have the chance to cool off.
perhaps they would be able to send a vetted appology message to offended peeps, even if it only says i dont regret the argument just the way i chose to express myself.
we have to leave room in life for people to vent when they need to, but equally you cant just say what you like and expect no reprocusions.
so i say give these guys a chance to learn from their mistakes!

Outspark have made Falco into some sort of "example" and scapegoat basically... judging by what they have banned him on, they should therefore ban half the server, since they have all said similar words in the heat of conflict. I'm not saying that it is right to say these words, what I am saying is that he was not the first and certainly not the last person to say them.
Many higher levelled players know the personality of Falco, as do those in his Guild. Bleh, seems crazy to make an example of him, of all people.
