Nope there is no time limit on when you have to use them.

The sucky thing is it counts down even if you log out :\

But I think it disappears once you log off.

Well once you use it instead of a timer that says like 59 minutes. With this it is a set time that it ends and it lasts that long even if you log off and log back in within the 2 hours you will still have it.
