Pretty decent guide.
I would however put at
least one point into Invincible's Duration, as the first point increases it by 3.8 seconds (I think) with much smaller returns with subsequent points. You'll have an overload of unused skill points later, why not use them.
Also, we almost never take aggro in the higher levels, damage done by DDs is simply too much, even if you aggro-bomb Rejuvenate, Recover and your highest Heals at the same time.

Also, as long as I'm here, should I put points into Recover? I haven't gotten it yet, but I will soon.

I didn't see the point of putting anything into Restore :x
@ lvl 71, I maxed out Recover's Sp consumption and Cool-down.
I try to maximize my support skills, so I guess it's mostly personal preference, but I wouldn't reccommend putting much into Recover for most people.
-one Grinding tip you can add-
Shroom like hell...I've made it a habit to rest in a Shroom as soon as the pulled Mob goes down. Despite our large Sp pool, I find I sometimes use all 26x of my stones in a grind. Save Sp and shroom as soon as possible.
-General tips you might add-
Learn about Aggro-Negation
Learn when to use Rejuvenate and Heal on which party members at what time. (example- if a Mage pulls aggro off a Tank, Heal the Mage and Rejuvenate the Tank. Tankers have higher defense and Hp resevoirs so can afford to take a beating, while Rejuvenate goes through it's cast time. Until you get the AoE heal, you're going to have to learn how to juggle Rejuvenate, Heal and Restore.
Learn to use different Spell Tiers efficiently. Especially useful in KQs.
Learn to cancel skill animations
(Damn, I forgot an important one I wanted to add >__<)
Nice if you'd update it with higher skills later =P
