I posted in the official forums about this too but the quest is activated when you have that item in your inventory at level 49.

Then you go take it to Avon and he'll have the egg on top of his head. The only problem: I don't know if the quest itself has been opened up/implemented for Fiesta. This information is from BK Wiki.

The bugged quest is Lips of Mannequin, a repeat quest with very little experience, monetary reward, and fame.

This quest does not appear to have been programmed into Fiesta at this stage.

didn't know about ogre's needing tonic. is it antidote tonic, since they are so green in the face, or is it hair tonic for their balding head?

i havent herd about it and my cleric didnt get it so it mush be new
