I think if you want decent damage and you're not going to do a full +str build, then +25spr is HIGHLY recommended. You can't go wrong with +25spr rest +str. But I solo sometimes... so I might put a bit of end too (but that's just me, and even still some ppl don't recommend it). So it's up to you.
