Worst or best KQ ever?

well, i was always one of them who left early when there is no cleric...hehe
but i did it bcoz i myself were short of pots and stones...this is when i'm a fighter..

but i just got back from two failed KQ...
the first one fails because there is only one cleric and when we were fighting marlone that cleric wasn't healing the tank, but when the tank died he rev her...i dont get it...the tank died twice and revved twice....lol

the second one i just quit bcoz i'm pissed off with the fighters, i'm the mage btw, they dont tank at all...i'm not talking bout tanking mara n marlone...
they won't start the fight with the monsters or won't fight at all...and the monsters were hitting mages and archers like crazy...
i was yelling, fighters tank! and why aren't the fighters tanking?...stuff like that...
and of them answered...we're on strike...i'm like omg, and i pissed off and quit moments later...
am i missing anything here? i havent been playing fiesta for a while though, is there really a strike?...

I'm a fighter who has the problem of trying to tank or DD too much at a low level. I was trying to stand toe to toe with Mara at level 18. The main tank is yelling at me to get back come in get a few hits after her AOE and get back out.

It's that noob thing.
