Myself and I
Okay, so I got level 20 and I got to that quest where you have to fight yourself in the Room of Shadows. It kind of seems impossible. I know theres got to be a way to do it, does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to do it?

What class are you? Like fullback said, use scrolls, especially vitality scrolls, they help out a lot.

Have you also tried reading the job change guide in wiki?
Scrolls, and a lot of stones and pots should do the job.

I personally think difficulty between classes is irrelevant.
Though you have it easiest as a cleric (heal spam ftw?), a mage also has an incredibly easy time doing it, seeing as your clone does literally 100 damage tops per spell, and 65 damage per staff hit, with defense and magic defense scroll buffs respectively.
I haven't tested the archer and fighter job changes, but like posts above, they may be just as easy.

Archers ain't hard, just bring the accuracy, shield, evasion, and vitality scrolls and a full set of stones and pots. I did mine on the first try in 15 mins.

If you can get it
an extender will do wonders in there.

The meaning of victory is not to defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his every achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can recover. That is the meaning of victory.
