couple questions for a newbie
Can you change your production skill after you have selected it? Additionally, are the bored imps just regular mobs, or are they supposed to be hard to find?

No you cannot change production skills once it has been learned. But, you can however create anothe character on the same account and give them a different production skill. Even if yuo never play them and simply use them for production.
Boreds imps are a gang of imps that live out on an island in one of the maps. Give me a minute to go into the game and I will see if I can give you the map and coordinates.
EDIT: Bored Imps can be found in Forest of Tides - you get there through Sand Beach. The coordinates ar E3 on that little island.

In addition to what Spirit said, Bored imps are a gang and are harder to handle than normal imps @-@

Bored imps are WITH the gang imps =O=
They're the beginning of a bunch of trio's ... then you get the boars, etc.

Yeah... Sharp Boars are dangerous thou, they can make ya bleed. and the group of Foxes... just plain Crazy...

The foxes were easy for me o-o;
I died multiple times because of the boars ... I think I ended up giving up on the quest ^^;
