They are 7900~8900 SC, so you'd have to buy the $20 package (14,000 SC) to be able to buy it. That = $20, although a little is left over.

15 isn't enough, because they're over 7,500 CS.

less than $15 even. Just buy a $5 and $10 and you have 10500 sparkcash.

But i agree about it being costly! Still almost as much as a bill-by-the-month MMO O.O
