4swordlink Sharp Boar In-Game Name: 4swordlink Current Level: 33 Posts: 150	New Guild Rules As some of you have already seen. Outspark has changed some of the guild rules. 1. You must be lvl 20 to make a guild 2. 300s is the cost 3. ONLY 35 PEOPLE PER GUILD i really don't like this since that makes it hard for some of the bigger guilds. like Requiem and Zero Brethren. Well discuss i guess
