If your computers primary use is for image and video editing and you want a good card expect to pay out alot of money for one. Preferably going for a quad core (Go for i5 if money is an issue) computer with around 6-8GB of Ram would be ideal for your needs. The high Ram is needed for Photoshop while the good CPU is needed for video encoding

Burn that and burn it fast

What you are really asking for is a photo/video editing and gaming laptop and those can be quite pricey.

A good laptop card try and go for a Geforce 2xxM series quite decent graphics card for a laptop

In the event you go i7, you probably should go DDR3 RAM.

Hard drive spin speed is rather slow. If you're looking to maximize battery life, 5400 RPM is better. If you're looking for performance and noticeably faster load times, 7200 RPM is better.

Like Andromeda said, no Intel "graphics card" should be in a laptop, unless you want to save battery.

Nvidia cards are currently inferior in performance compared to ATI, so I suggest either a single Mobility Radeon 48xx or 58xx, or or 38xx X2/48xx X2. That is, of course, you are willing to pay for a good graphics card.

To be brutally honest, you are wasting your money buying a laptop. Buy a desktop, and only buy laptops if you're going to college or for work.

EDIT: Appears to be the HP G60t. Unless you want to open up the laptop and switch graphics cards, this laptop cannot fulfill your needs.
