PhotoShop Help

When your image/project has multiple layers, and you want to use a lightning effect on it, is there a way to do it so it goes on all the layers? Because i usually have to save it as a jpeg, then put the lightning effect in, but is there a way to put lightning effect, and make it cover all the layers, not just one, without having to do that?

Make a new layer.

Go to Image > Apply Image

Then you can apply lighting and play with blending modes, etc to tweak it.
